My name is Rob Delsman and I publish a number of online (and some print) media publications that describe the despicable business practices that are perpetrated by Sedgwick (formerly Sedgwick Claims Management Services) against America’s Sick, Injured and Disabled Workers.
Recently I received an email from one of your employees that detailed the treatment that they seem to be receiving at the hands of your agent (Sedgwick) and I can say that it seems to fit the Sedgwick mold to the tee. Very disappointing.
The sad thing is, many good and reputable companies use the services provided by Sedgwick but fail to recognize the “quality of service” provided to their employees once a claim has been submitted. The process can be truly daunting for an injured worker and they can end up losing everything and most importantly their health.
I regularly update the names of companies that use Sedgwick’s services on my websites & blogs so that consumers can make smart and informed about the products and services that they use on a day to day basis. Many stories abound that are written by the actual workers themselves and describe their real life situations.
