More Bad News for the Sedgwick Ghouls. And COO Posey in Big Trouble Too!

Hello Friends,

A hot time here on the North Coast with temperatures pushing the 70's for a majority of the week, some light morning fog and the winds calm.  Thanks for stopping, the team and I have news to share with you.

WEBSITES & WEBLOGS NEWS

The team reports a decent week here in cyberspace with strong stats for the websites and blogs.  We are happy to report that friends from around the water planet are checking in for the latest news and views, and are actively posting comments on the Sedgwick CMS Crime Log.

We enjoyed visits from the usual suspects at GE, Gexpro, the thugs at Sedgwick CMS, the Sedglawyers and as always some dirty rotten scoundrels from the insurance industry.  Welcome all!

Sedgwick CMS COO, Paul "Ponzi" Posey named as Defendant in federal lawsuit by former Sedgwick CMS employee

allegations include:

  • Violations of FMLA

  • Pregnancy / Gender Discrimination

  • Retaliation / Wrongful Termination

  • Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress

  • Negligent Retention

  • Negligent Hiring, Training, Supervising

  • Equitable Estoppel & Promissory Estoppel

  • Defamation

This case was filed by an expectant mother who was employed by the Sedgthugs and reads straight out of a horror novel.  Not just satisfied to harass, intimidate and retaliate against a pregnant woman and her unborn child, the plaintiff also asserts that the relentless Sedgattacks caused her severe distress during a difficult pregnancy.

After firing her, the plaintiff also alleges that the Sedgbeast then harassed her at her new place of employment and contacted her new employer making defamatory statements about her.

GE-XPROFESSIONAL

This week was back to school week for the small fry around the Delsman house and some team members too.  It seems that everybody is settling back into a familiar routine without too much to do.

We received a flurry of new news items this week from friends and extended team members around the country and it seems that public awareness is increasing daily. GOOD!  I find it especially distressing when expectant mothers and their unborn children are subject to terror and abuse and decided that this entire post should be dedicated to the topic.

I walked myself out this week and was pretty tired by Friday and looking forward to the upcoming long weekend.  As always, Kelli and I, our team and our friends in distress sincerely appreciate the support of our reader friends like YOU!  Just say no.

See you next week,
