An excellent week for the websites and blogs with friends from near and far checking in for the latest news and views.
The team tells me that we enjoyed visits from the usual suspects at GE, GEXPRO, the Thugs at Sedgwick CMS, the Sedglawyers and some dirty rotten scoundrels in the insurance industry. We are also happy to report visits from friends in federal, state and local governmental agencies doing their part to become informed and empowered. Nice!

Wasting no time, the Sedglawyers have once again stepped up the attack on me and my family.

My friend (Sedglawyer) Greg called me this week and we had what was supposed to be our Rule 26 conference. As usual my friend Greg was acting pissed because he and his law firm associates, failed to comply with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the local rules of the US District Court by not sending me the appropriate notification in time then acted like it was my problem. Imagine that!
Greg also made threats that Sedgwick CMS is going to come to my house and take my personal property (my computer) and there was nothing I could do about it. Given this latest round of threats, pressure and seeming inability to properly notify me on time, I have decided to write a letter to Judge Armstrong (and the Sedglawyers), detailing these activities and asking for assistance. After all, how am I afforded due process when I receive critical information at the 11th hour and have no time to reply in an informed manner.
More communications this week from new friends suffering terror and brutality at the hands of Sedgwick CMS and their minions. One friend reiterated their story in which the Sedgthugs failed to protect sensitive personal information and as a result, this person became the victim of identity theft. This is one of many such cases that we have reported where confidential information has been misused or improperly disseminated by Sedgwick CMS.
The team reports excellent traffic this week on the Sedgwick CMS Crime Log. with an emphasis on the new crime stories that have been posted. It is very important to read these stories and identify those companies that continue to allow Sedgwick CMS to brutalize and terrorize their employees.
Remember friends, no reputable business is going to allow their employees to treated in a manner that is illegal or immoral. If they do, take your business someplace else.

Wow friends, once again Barnacle Balls and his merry band of buccaneers have brought the GE ship precariously close to the rocks. But not to fear friends, Jeff Immelt will most certainly "soft speak" the latest GE financial crisis till the last investor swings from the Yard Arm. Then simply sail away with the treasure.

It has been a good week friends with many tasks being accomplished on multiple fronts. Kelli and I continue the process of "digging out" after years of GE and Fidelity Sedgwick terror. The progress is incremental but is progress nevertheless.
Many things going on in the legal world and it consumes my time and energy. Soon I will be able to begin contacting business like Sears and Costco and get to the bottom of the allegations made by Sedgwick CMS.
Despite the threats made by the Sedglawyers that Sedgwick CMS is going to come to my home, take my computer and that they are going to prevent me from telling YOUR stories, we will endeavor to keep up the good fight.
