The really sad part of all of this is that there are valid points that were imparted during this ridiculous rant that most will ignore due to the delivery.
We believe that most Americans do feel that we are in tenuous times to say the lest but, this type of journalistic crap only sends a message to our real enemies that some are as they purport "a bunch of godless savages with no respect for anyone or anything".
We can't help wondering when Immelt's new propaganda minister will begin discussing some of Jeff's new friends like Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah or Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and coaching the "journalists" in those countries on how to change the minds of their leaders there too.
Even if Olbermann could pull it off, the only byline would be the televised executions of the reporters that chose to engage in such a dubious prospect.
Keep up the good work Jeff & MSNBC, and yes we know that it has nothing to do with social responsibility only the investors. What was that quote again about no ecumenical connections?

Not much new news regarding our friends at the Rexel Group. The earnings report was disseminated recently and was as we predicted. One interesting aspect was the double-speak in regards to our friends at GE-XPROBLEMS. Read the Release.

DOES " The Most Educated" SPEAK WITH FORKED TONGUE, OR IS IT SIMPLY MORE GREENE WASH?
Wow friends, Imagine our surprise when a friend sent the link above to the State of Ohio, Ohio Department of Administrative Services, Equal Opportunity Division. This is a form that is required by the Great State of Ohio regarding their business partners. The part that we found particularly interesting was the following answer from "The Most Educated".
"6. Has the company had any charges of discrimination filed against the company within the past 12 months (i.e. Ohio Civil Rights Commission, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission)? No "
Not that we are particularly upset that bradford forgot about us already, or is hiding behind the name change. We just want the record set straight with the Nice People in Ohio.
This will be an extremely interesting event to watch as we felt it our civic duty to send along the list of EEOC charge numbers and details to the nice people in Ohio and point out who had "signed" their form.

What a week friends and for all of the wrong reasons. Sorry, not trying to curry sympathy here, but Monday started off with three sick children. Then at about 2:00 pm our youngest son began a series of Febrile Seizures that were apparently caused by a fever that refused to let go. This all culminated in one ambulance ride and two trips to the hospital.
I can say that I have never felt this helpless before watching (and trying to do something) while my little man was in the grip of the seizures, It was indescribably terrifying.
After a few days of that and keeping constant watch on him, we were so exhausted that I didn't accomplish anything in regards to finding a new job. Bummer Dude, the sharks swim a little closer.

I sent of an email to the nice ladies at the GE Torture Center once again requesting (this is the third request in about 6-8 mos.) to whom has my medical information been shared with. And as always seems to be the case, NO ANSWER.
After that we contacted the US Attorney's office and asked a few simple questions like, "do I have the right to know where my medical information is going and can I have what the GE Torture Center has?"
The answer that we received was a simple yes. Then the nice person quoted me the federal statute and page number and that was that. You can find the link in the left of the weblog.
I will probably turn this one over to the lawyers and see what happens (no implied threat here, only frustration).
Where is your confidential medical information today, hopefully not unsecured in some trash can or restroom.
Well Friends that's about it for now. As always my family, the team and I do appreciate that fact that YOU have made the decision to say no to discrimination. It has made a substantial impact in all of our lives. Tomorrow is another day, hopefully better than the past few.
